We started from a single conviction: in the age of Agentic AI, the real contest is decided not by "how smart an AI you use" (Intelligence) but by "how well you control and manage your agents" (Governance).
Technology has always redefined how we live and work. The web moved our lives online; smartphones opened the era of mobile services; and the cloud evolved IT services into SaaS, creating the very data ecosystems on which AI could learn and grow. Now, the new paradigm set in motion by generative AI is bringing AI agents into every corner of our daily lives and enterprise environments — an era in which people collaborate with a new kind of entity, AI, to make life and work more convenient and efficient. Agents no longer work alone. They form teams to pursue a single goal, and those teams keep growing. This is exactly where two problems overlooked by many agent software emerge.
First, security and compliance
The more agents judge and act on their own, the more access they gain to a company’s internal data and critical API credentials. In other words, greater agent autonomy means an expanded — and potentially catastrophic — attack surface.
